Bluegrass Railroad Museum: Santa Train!

This has been such a fun year for the holidays in our family. For the first time, Aubrianna is really starting to understand and get excited about presents and Frosty and Rudolph. Santa, on the other hand, is either terrifying or awesome, depending on the mood you catch her in.

Hoping for a day that she would find Santa awesome, I got tickets to the Santa Train at the Bluegrass Railroad Museum. Of course, on the day of, Santa was not even worth looking at.

The train ride was pretty cool. We rode in an old 1920s train car through the KY countryside. Santa, Frosty, The Grinch and Mrs. Claus joined us, and the entire train car sang off-key Christmas carols (or some version of them.

We were joined by a family that we have met on the road who we love hanging out with! So fun to find friends out here 🙂
